The Gospel Goes to Maroon 5 Goers

This evening we had the privilege of sharing the Gospel with (maybe) several hundred Maroon 5 concert goers at the Key Arena.

[I was reminded today (3/24/2013) of another funny thing that happened while we were walking toward the Key Arena.   We were walking along and I smelled marijuana smoke.   I said to Thomas, "someone around here is smoking some hoochijuana."  And the guy right in front of us turned around and said yeah, you guys want some.   No, we responded, but here's a Gospel tract. And he accepted a Gospel tract, and we explained very quickly what it meant.]

God overcame our fear with compassion for the lost.   We stood up and spoke as people lined up and went into the concert.

We gave out hundreds of Gospel tracts, and our presentation of the Gospel became very short and concise as the night wore on.

Praise God for His mercy, compassion and love for the lost, and praise God that he would use a foolish method such as preaching, to share the Gospel with people.

God bless...
